About the role

Fund Operations and Oversight
Ensure seamless endtoend operational delivery for fund pricing, performance measurement, attribution analysis and accounting
Review and analyze fund performance, returns and provide relevant reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or operational issues arising during the processes
Client Service and Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with client portfolio managers, external operations teams and internal partners to ensure accurate fund pricing and according to agreed SLAs
Develop and nurture productive relationships with investment manager clients
Compliance and Continuous Improvement
Stay current with industry regulations guidelines according to FSRA
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and drive process improvements

Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualification in accounting/finance/mathematics/economics
At least 5 years of experience in fund operations & unit trust pricing
Strong system and technical knowledge of HiPortfolio & InvestOne
Strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical, verbal and written communication credentials.
Strong Excel skills
