Key Responsibilities:

Carry out sales order data entry for allocated customer accounts
Reporting on the order status of spare parts
Assisting customers with tracking the delivery status of spare parts
Maintenance of Customer Master Data
Process Returns/Credits/CAR's and Cash Sale EFTPOS transactions
Assisting Sales teams with Pricing, On time Delivery reporting Price management and Finance with invoice queries

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a combined customer service and administration role
Experience in Sales Administration (Highly Desirable)
Intermediate to advanced knowledge using Microsoft Suite programs
Possess a positive cando attitude
Experience using SAP or Ariba (Highly Desirable)
Ability to prioritize multiple requires and time manage your tasks
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
