City of Newcastle (CN) is currently seeking an experienced and innovative Children's Program Developer to join our team in Museum Archive Libraries and Learning (MALL), working Monday to Thursday in this permanent, part-time role opportunity.

In this role you will lead the development of a suite of engaging and innovative STEM, history and literacy-based programs across the Newcastle libraries and museum.

Drawing upon your proven children's programming experience, key responsibilities will include leading the development, planning, delivery and evaluation of children's programs in a customer-focused and cost-effective manner. You will implement effective evaluation and feedback mechanisms to ensure ongoing quality improvement, manage budgets, contracts, as well as, liaise and negotiate with stakeholders on programming including logistics, intellectual property rights, staff, volunteer and contractor management.
