    Who we are seeking:

    The ideal candidate will sell novated leases, address inquiries about novated leases, and offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs. As a Novated Leasing Consultant in the Novated Sales team, you will meet sales targets, keep products and services updated, and handle administrative tasks such as quoting and advising.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Marketing Novated leases through various channels
    • Promoting additional Novated products and services through inbound leads
    • Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting revenue promptly
    • Identifying sales opportunities within the existing client base
    • Participating in product and skill training sessions to share insights with colleagues
    • Meeting monthly sales quotas
    • Providing end-to-end customer service, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
    • Previous experience in Sales (preferably in Motor Vehicle Leasing or Financial Services)
    • Demonstrated strong sales and presentation skills with excellent communication abilities
    • Effective collaboration in a dynamic sales team environment
    • Additional 7 days of annual leave per year
    • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers, regardless of gender, with no tenure requirement, and 4 weeks of paid leave for secondary caregivers
