About our Client:

Our client is a leading boutique Australian commercial real estate agency, specialising in sales, acquisitions, leasing and asset management. Working for private clients in the capital markets. Attention to detail, intelligent creativity, precise execution and energetic engagement are the hallmarks. Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD.


The Role:


Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 + Super + Bonus

No weekends Monday to Friday. Onsite.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will interact with warm and existing tenants with the following responsibilities:


  • Leasing Negotiation: Conducting negotiations with existing and potential tenants to secure leasing agreements for retail properties within scheduled timeframes and budget.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Lease Administration: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date lease documents with strict compliance requirement and code of conduct on daily basis.

Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, rental rates and regulations.


Requirements:


  • Holds Victorian Real Estate License or Agents Representative Certificate
  • Current Driver License and a vehicle
  • Around 1 year experience in real estate, Retail/Commercial
  • Leasing negotiation skill
  • Background in Sales/Business Development is a plus
