The Role:

Your role will have key areas of responsibility including:

• Conduct open for inspections.
• Prospective tenant communication.
• In person routines.
• Condition reports / exiting reports.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a vibrant and motivated individual. You need to be confident juggling multiple tasks and able to work autonomously under minimum supervision.

• Exceptional customer service.
• Ability to meet leasing targets.
• Previous use of PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate (highly desirable).
• Current Agents Representative Certificate.
• Australian drivers' licence / current police check.

Supplemental pay types:
