    • General administrative tasks including actioning emails, scheduling meetings, meeting or event preparation and travel and courier bookings
    • Data entry, processing invoices and expenses, and PO scheduling
    • Working with accounts payable and receivable
    • Liaising with external suppliers and contractors on accounts payable
    • General team support for content creation and administration
    • Management and maintenance of client digital asset management systems and Medium Rare's internal content workflow system (Wrike)
