    Some of the things you'll be working on...

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder/CEO, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements (work and personal).
    • Prepare and distribute communications such as emails, reports and presentations.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
    • Manage calendars, prioritise meeting requests, and ensure the Founder/CEO's schedule is effectively organised.
    • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, such as conferences, exhibitions, and launches.
    • Act as a liaison between the Founder and various stakeholders, internally and externally.

    Experience you'll need...

    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within a fast paced growing company
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Highly professional and discreet, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
