  • To do this successfully you will:
  • Handle inbound and outbound enquires
  • Provide advice and effective explanations of AIA Health insurance products and AIA Vitality
  • Ensure accurate amendments to membership details
  • Deliver exceptional customer service outcomes
  • Partner with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across AIA
  • Proven experience working in customer service
  • Previous Health insurance background desirable but not essential
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to problem solve and a compassionate solution focused approach
  • Display a high level of empathy and understanding
