As our business continues to grow, we now have an opportunity to join the AIA Financial Wellbeing team based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane on a permanent basis.

As the Operations Consultant, you will provide administrative support to the business including onboarding/offboarding activities, revenue management and reporting, and driving strategic initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career and join a growing business with fantastic career advancement opportunities. You will join a team critical in supporting major projects and initiatives for our business.

To do this successfully you will:

Process onboarding, maintenance, and off-boarding of financial planners for product providers
Process commissions, advice fees, referral fees and completion of the related controls
Manage the revenue management system and work closely with the business to design and deliver improvements
Document management and creation to support processes and procedures
Analyse data to create and maintain reporting to finance, key stakeholders and senior leaders which support strategic planning and business performance
Plan, organise, and direct strategic initiatives for AIAFW
Identify opportunities for process improvements

A degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, or other relevant discipline. Advanced Excel skills is essential.

You're an analytic thinker with strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to change. You're also an excellent communicator backed with sound analysis skills which allow you to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
