    Great opportunity for an 8-week contract with an immediate start for Resolutions Officers to work with one of our clients - a reputable Finance company This job is a 8-week contract position with the possibility for extension or permanency.

    Job Details:

    • 8 weeks contract + Potential extension or the opportunity to put your name down for a permanent role available for the right candidate.
    • $35/Hour + Super
    • Ideal Start Date: Monday 29th April 2024
    • Location: Toowong, Brisbane (No onsite parking)
    • Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM (Potential to work 30 hours part time however the preference is for Full Time).
    • Working Arrangements: 100% in office
    • Full training provided before starting the role

    Applicants must have full work rights and be willing to undergo a Police check to be considered for this role.

    Job responsibilities:

    Day to day management of Dispute Resolution requests into the business. As a Resolution Officer you will be responsible for actioning a portfolio of queries and managing them to appropriate outcomes for both the customer and the business. Maintaining accurate records of disputes and evidence.

    • Review and respond to Dispute Resolution requests received via email and phone
    • Investigate and respond to customer complaints/queries received
    • Tailor approach to each individual circumstance and ensure customer outcomes are appropriate for the customer
    • Escalate emails, complaints and queries to the Resolutions Team Leader
    • Assist the team to address customer concers

    Ideal candidate:

    • Previous collections experience is highly preferred
    • Previous conflict resolution and complaints management exposure is essential
    • Good level of empathy and ability to handle difficult customer calls and complaints
    • Superior communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills alongside judgement and critical thinking in the role.
