Healthcare Australia have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager to join a leading, proudly family-owned 5* Aged Care organization that now has residences throughout Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.

About this Role:

As a Residence Manager provides leadership, direction, care and financial management to meet all requirements. The Residence Manager is accountable to the State Manager for the outcomes of the
- medium sized _residence.


Requirements to be successful

  • AHPRAapproved Registered Nurse (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in this role
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Extensive operational management experience in Aged Care
  • Have previous experience successfully implementing a culture and organisational changes
  • Successfully implemented HR management principles and practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Standards
  • Designated consultant to support you through the recruitment process
  • Preparation advice regarding resume, cover letter and interview success
