We are seeking a 360 recruitment consultant to join our dynamic team based in Sydney.

Key responsibilities:

To support and manage successful recruitment and compliance practices to ensure ongoing and evolving client needs are fulfilled
Work towards and achieve your own KPI and team targets to support achievement of financial targets in line with operational objectives
Deliver high quality recruitment consultancy and services
Support continuous improvement projects defined within workforce attraction and retention

Abut You:

Previous recruitment experience desirable not essential
Proven track record in recruitment and relationship management experience gained from within a Recruitment or administration role
Exceptional presentation, organisational and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Computer literacy advanced MS Office skills and recruitment systems
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations and environments
Outcome oriented with the ability to focus on and achieve targets within deadlines
