We are seeking a 360 recruitment consultant to join our dynamic team based in Sydney.
Key responsibilities:
- To support and manage successful recruitment and compliance practices to ensure ongoing and evolving client needs are fulfilled
- Work towards and achieve your own KPI and team targets to support achievement of financial targets in line with operational objectives
- Deliver high quality recruitment consultancy and services
- Support continuous improvement projects defined within workforce attraction and retention
Abut You:
- Previous recruitment experience desirable not essential
- Proven track record in recruitment and relationship management experience gained from within a Recruitment or administration role
- Exceptional presentation, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Computer literacy advanced MS Office skills and recruitment systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations and environments
- Outcome oriented with the ability to focus on and achieve targets within deadlines
