This Government Department is seeking an experience Procurement Analyst to provide high quality procurement support and advise.
It is a 3 months contract with possible extensions.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate advice and support to staff and managers regarding the engagement of contingent workers in line with Victorian Government State Purchase Contracts
- Review, monitor and analyse departmental spend and transactional data to identify compliance issues and recommend opportunities for efficiencies and savings
- Produce high quality custom reporting to staff and managers
- Monitor and maintain the departmental Vendor Management System, including upkeep of departmental data and provision of basic training to staff in the use of the system.
Required
- Experience working as a Procurement Analyst
- Experience in public sector
- Experience using SAP Fieldglass
- Ability to start ASAP
- Good communication skills and organisational skills
