ABOUT THE ROLE
This NSW-based role is a key leadership role across Football Australia's (FA) National Teams Department.
Reporting to and collaborating with the General Manager - National Teams, Performance Director and the respective Head Coaches, this role is directly responsible for overseeing the administrative, operational & logístical requirements and activities for Football Australia's Men's National Team and successfully plan and manage the team's budget.
A fundamental component for the role is to conscientiously and consistently implement the Socceroos CBA, ensuring high performance standards are afforded for the Socceroos, while also instilling and creating an elite operational environment inclusive of best-practice procedures.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven ability to develop policy documents and reports
- Outstanding budgetary management experience and skills
- Ability to positively influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders across all levels of the sport, including the Football Australia business
- Demonstrated understanding of the objectives and principles relating to elite player development and creating high performance environments
- Demonstrated experience at arranging domestic and international (team) logístical movements
- Ability to problemsolve efficiently and effectively with a positive outcome or solution
- Maintain calmness when underpressure or placed in a highrisk situation
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Extraordinary project management skills and ability to multitask
- Possess an outstanding work ethic and willingness to remain committed to a task or project
- Ability to plan strategically and methodically
- Demonstrated experience and participation at international sporting tournaments and/or competitions
- Understanding of the Men's football landscape and culture domestically and internationally
- Demonstrate excellent networkbuilding and relationship management capabilities
- Tertiary qualifications or minimum 5 to 7 years industry experience with primary focus on sport (team) management and operational planning and implementation
Additional Requirements:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Working with children check (paid/ employee) or state
- Out of hours and weekend work as required
- Interstate and international travel will be required
