New Home Sales Consultant - Redland Bay area, Qld

  • Prosper Recruitment is proud to present this opening to New Home Sales Consultants that are looking for a new role with a locally owned and operated volume and custom home builder.

Who does this role suit?


This role would suit a new home sales consultant that has previously worked in the custom or volume home sector.

You are looking to work close to home and with a locally owned and operated business.
You will have experience in new home sales.
You will also have full working rights in Australia.


Remuneration

In regard to salary, this is a base (between $65k - $75k) + commission.

  • Pay packages will be worked out directly with the successful applicant._

Hours & Location of work
Your typical work week is Wednesday - Saturday.
This role will be based within the office and two new display homes. (display homes are located within close proximity to the office)


Your main duties will be;
Relationship building with new and existing customers. This builder deals with mainly first home buyers and downsizers, so would suit someone with a mature mindset.
Day to Day duties would include meeting with your customers, appointment setting, face to face consultations.
Work closely with the design team who strive to continually evolve the designs and inclusions in their homes.

Be in the know Maintain your market knowledge, keep your ear to the ground and listen out for the latest in real estate and development news.

Have the team culture in mind, you are not a lone salesperson, you will be working within a business and team that strive to maintain its culture and values.

You will work closely with the management team who are hands-on and involved with the business
