    Description

    Diamond & Jewellery Sales Consultant

    We are looking for passionate people to join our in-store team

    We are a growth-oriented company seeking people who are goal orientated and love new challenges

    We are a leader in online and omnichannel diamond sales in Australia is now expanding to multiple locations and needs people like you

    Responsibilities:


    • Able to convert online received leads and walk by's in store


    • Offer exceptional customer service


    • After-sales service and retain customer relations


    • Ability to understand and communicate ring customization requirements between customers and production


    • Able to manage with attention to detail basic CRM and ERP functions related to your sales


    • Assist store manager in training new staff if requested

    Requirements:


    • Previous experience as a diamond and jewellery sales consultant within Australia


    • Able to work weekends and late-night Thursday's on a rostering system


    • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English


    • Diamond grading knowledge (4C's)


    • Enthusiasm for retailing luxury products


    • Team player


    • Positive and outgoing personality


    • Assisting the Marketing department on events or other requests


    • Participate in everyday store chores

    Preferred:


    • Professionals in luxury diamond retail with a proven track record of sales


    • Australian citizens


    • Ambitious professionals that will want to see growth
