    Due to expansion, are looking for a Senior Customer Service Operator to join their team


    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Provide exceptional customer service, including onsite visits.
    • Expand relationships with existing customers
    • Coordinate with overseas offices, shipping lines, airlines, and coloaders.
    • Prepare and maintain client status reports for key clients.
    • Coordinate relevant documentation for processing and clearance.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE- Extensive local industry Customer Service experience a must

    • Proficiency in Cargowise System preferred, but open to crosstraining.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
    • Possesses organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
