    Description

    Senior Marketing & Communications CoordinatorDescriptionAction OHS Consulting, together with our sister company Safety Champion Software, is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our creative team.

    This is a pivotal moment for Action OHS Consulting as we increase our presence in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

    At the same time, Safety Champion Software is transitioning from a startup to a global scale-up, with over 1,600 clients worldwide.


    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Working with the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will develop, implement, oversee, and evaluate marketing and communication strategies for both Safety Champion and Action OHS Consulting, as well as combined business opportunities.


    Including:

    Owning the strategy and delivery of:
    o Social Media Engagement
    o Internal and external communications

    Contributing to the strategy and delivery of:
    o Events
    o SEO and digital marketing
    o Major client and operational projects

    As a member of the marketing and communications team, you'll be a brand ambassador, ensuring our Mission, Vision, and Values are integrated into all aspects of our business development, marketing, recruitment, and retention processes.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING
    5-7 years of marketing experience at a junior level
    Degree qualified (marketing, communications, public relations or similar).
    Experience in leading social media content development, digital campaigns and communications strategies in a B2 B environment.
    Understanding of brand strategy and implementation for both external and internal aspects (client/customer and EVP).
    Experience using Word Press and CRM's (we use Zoho)
    Experience creating content via Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva (or similar).
    Ability to self-manage and prioritise workloads with good project management skills.
    Professional-level English written and verbal communication skills.
    Experience in professional services or Saa S is advantageous.
