RESPONSIBILITIES
As

Process Engineering Manager,


you will lead a team of professionals in engineering and design and be responsible for providing overall technical assurance of deliverables ranging from studies through to detailed engineering and execution.

You will also be responsible for ensuring organizational planning for the group.

This opportunity will employ your embedded people leadership skills to build a collaborative working culture.

You will guide your team through our business strategy and project delivery, whilst coaching individuals to achieve career / professional development goals.

In addition, your leadership will inspire and embody Wood's three strategic pillars; Inspired Culture, Performance Excellence and Profitable Growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
About You


Your breadth of experience in leading a Process department in major / medium scale projects within Minerals & Metals will enable you to drive design and technical assurance, influence and develop a high performing team locally in Brisbane partnering with our Perth office to deliver projects globally.

In addition, we are looking for the following attributes/skills:
Bachelor of Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering, ideally with a minerals processing or hydrometallurgical background

Prior experience in a leadership capacity delivering medium to large scale project packages in mining, from studies through to execution

Exposure to leading medium sized teams, coaching & mentoring employees in their career goals and development areas

Ability to build effective relations cross functionally and the wider stakeholder group internally and externally

Experienced in human resources, talent management, coaching and developing teams

Driven to develop a business partnering culture, working collaboratively across our stakeholder group both locally and internationally

Site based plant operations experience would be advantageous
