Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide administrative support to the HR team
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inbox management
- Assisting with drafting of contracts
- Supporting the team with adhoc administrative tasks
- General office maintenance
- Assisting with employee changes, drafting letters and document signing
- Conducting employee check
- Responding to reference requests
To Be Successful:
- You must have previous experience in a similar role, HR, or Talent acquisition.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- A positive attitude, no task is too big or too small
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
