- Lead a team of skilled technicians in electrical and refrigeration for daily domestic, commercial as well project works, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of daily jobs & projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, offering solutions to complex electrical and refrigeration challenges.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- A valid electrical license or refrigeration mechanic qualification.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the electrical or refrigeration industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical and refrigeration systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management and reporting.
