As the Service Delivery Team Leader in Home and Community Services, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working hand in hand with the Service Delivery Manager to revolutionize service delivery, identify operational enhancements, and inspire and empower our Home Care Employees. From ensuring seamless day-to-day service delivery to fostering a culture of support, mentorship, and growth, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of care provision.
