About the Health Independence Program**The Health Independence Program encompasses many of the services that deliver health care to support the transition from hospital to home. These services can also prevent the need for a hospital presentation or stay, with people able to access these services directly from the community.


About the role:


This position is based within the Health Independence Program (HIP) and reports directly to the Divisional Manager, Health Independence Program & Community Aged Care Services.


The key function of the HIP Administration Manager is to oversee the management, co-ordination and support of the administration team working in the Health Independence Program and ensure that staff and resources are adequately skilled/trained and allocated to meet evolving program needs.

The Administration Manager is also responsible for Managing the Health & Rehabilitation Centre (HRC) Patient Services Assistant (PSA).

  • Ability to be flexible and responsive in managing competing demands.
