About the firm


You will join a 40 staff firm in Brisbane's CBD who service a wide range of SME's and large private companies.

About the role


As a Manager, you will be responsible for your own set of clients including ensuring their annual compliance needs are met and also servicing their additional advisory needs.

Your small team will complete the majority of compliance work which you will review, you will be responsible for your teams productivity and the training and development of your staff.


Requirements:

CA or CPA qualification is essential;
Demonstrated experience as either a Senior Accountant or Manager in an accounting firm;
Excellent client communication skills;
The ability to lead a small team;
Xero experience preferred; and

A positive attitude and willingness to utilise changing technology.
