Custom and Volume Home Builder
Salary $65K + Super

An exciting opportunity has become available for aspiring New Home Sales consultants looking to get their foot in the door.

We are looking for a "Display Home Host". This is a stepping stone role which will eventually lead into Home sales.

This role is ideal for someone looking to to make a start in the New home industry, whether you are a younger person looking for your first role in the industry or someone looking for a change.

We are open to hearing from everyone.

A locally owned and operated business that has been building in the region for over 20 years.

The company continues to enjoy positive growth and has a strong pipeline of work with a good supply of land on offer.

The display homes for this builder are located in Brisbane's Redland bay area, so would ideally suit someone located southside.

This builder typically works with clients that are either first home buyers or downsizers.

Salary
Based on experience, the salary is from $65K+ Super

Pay packages will be worked out directly with the successful applicant._

The important bits
This opening is available to people looking to get their start as a New Home sales consultant.

The general duties for this role will include;

Greet clients in the display home.
Relationship building with new and existing customers.
Provide information about the company.
Gather information about prospective clients and pass this information onto the senior sales staff.
Updating the CRM database.
Adhoc administrative tasks
Your typical work week is Wednesday
Saturday.

This role will be based within the display home located in Redland bay. _(Display homes are located within close proximity to the office)_
