What will YOUR typical day look like?


As part of our customer service team, YOU will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries.

YOUR typical day's duties will involve answering calls, performing Level 1 troubleshooting, and creating end-to-end case documentation for a wide variety of products and services.

YOU will be part of a team that has Australia's most talented & dynamic customer service professionals.

In the first 3 months of the role, YOU will be required to have availability from 9am - 7pm for training (Mon-Fri) and 9am - 8pm for "On the Job Training" (Mon-Sun).

Following "On the Job Training", you will be working from Office / Home (38 hours a week), on a rotating roster with the hours of 7am - 11pm Monday - Sunday.
