Customer Service Representative


Location:
Richlands, QLD


Client:
Leading childcare food catering company.


Key Details

  • 20 hours a week, 23 days a week
  • On time weekly timesheets and pay
  • 100% office based role
  • Carparking spaces provided
  • Attractive hourly rate of $35/hr + super
  • Smart casual attire
  • Blue Card required

Duties and Responsibilities

  • General office administration duties
  • Providing guidance and training to consumers and clients in a kitchen environment
  • Complete product demonstrations at childcare centres (training provided)
  • Conduct follow up calls and provide support where necessary
  • Managing client relationships
  • Determining and collecting client feedback to report back to head office
  • Liaising with childcare centre staff and managers

Key Experience and Requirements

  • High level customer service experience essential
  • Intelligent problem solver with a quick thinking brain
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Can multitask and handle pressure
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
