Turnaround Superintendent for a leading Tier 1 Maintenance Services Contractor on a long term major Oil & Gas maintenance contract.

Full Time Permanent Position
Perth CBD based initially
then Site based on 2/2 FIFO during TAR events
Major long term LNG maintenance contract
Package approx. $220K (all-inclusive plus site uplift during TAR events)

Reporting directly to the Turnaround Manager this role will see you manage and support the Turnaround team with all aspects of the upcoming Turnaround and future Turnaround scopes of work.

Your Responsibilities

Identifies resources needed to support PRE-TAR Phase and execution
Strategize and support client development of the logistics plan to meet Turnaround (TAR) event needs.
Lead competency checks of all TAR bluecollar frontline Supervision incl Sub vendors
Support / Review compilation of TAR execution procedures
Responsible for the construability workshop and inputs to all work packages and to the Integrated schedule
Responsible for all Turnaround work is completed in the execution Phase as per the integrated schedule in execution window.
Effective direction of activities for multiple coordinators and supervisors in PRE-TAR & Execution Phase
Providing safety leadership to crews using personal experience and knowledge to promote proper and safe methods of performance

Your Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar role
Experience within the Oil & Gas industry
Excellent attitude towards health, safety & environment
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and achieve performance targets
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to support the completion of key client contract KPI's
