The Legal and Assurance Division is the Department of Health's internal legal practice delivering legal services across the wide spectrum of the Department's activities.
The Legal Policy and Practice Management Section is responsible for management of the daily practice operations - including reporting, for the Division.
The section provides support to the Division and, in particular, the Chief Counsel by undertaking a range of a duties.
The Legal Policy and Practice Management Section is seeking an experienced officer to fill the Assistant Director position for a period of approximately 9 months (July March 2024) to provide maternity leave coverage.
