The Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) helps protect the Australian people and the environment by assessing the risks of industrial chemicals and providing information to promote their safe use.

Managing and organising the Senior Executive's diaries (including scheduling meetings and appointments)
Providing effective and efficient inbox management for the Senior Executive
Travel coordination (both domestic and international)
Management of departmental and interdepartmental requests
Administering work improvement initiatives and making recommendations for improved administrative and executive support systems and practices
Coordinating document management via the Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS)
Working collaboratively with other Executive Assistants/Executive Officers across the Department.
