The Opportunity:

Due to internal promotions and movements, we have an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's premier toll-road companies based in Eastern Creek

About you:

We are seeking someone who is naturally curious, customer service driven, and possesses resilience and empathy. A finance background is not necessary for this position as all skills will be taught

Experience working within a contract centre, or debt collection is preferred but not essential.
Intermediate Excel experience.
Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly.
Eager to learn and a motivated work ethic.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly.
