Our client is a leading provider of hearing healthcare solutions dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The role

This full-time permanent role will see you working at their Parkside location on a rotating roster from 6am - 8pm across AUS and NZ time zones.

Some of the duties involved will include:

Reach out to the community and make a meaningful impact by helping individuals overcome hearing challenges.
Offer complimentary health services to eligible customers
Educate customers on the importance of hearing health
Liaise with clinics and customers to schedule appointments

Requirements:

Clear Communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner

- empathy and genuine desire to help people improve their quality of life

Goal driven and able to work under KPI's and targets
Previous experience in Customer service: whether that's call centre, retail or hospitality.
A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
