- Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Experience in using Xero to record accurate financial data
- Experienced in cash flow report is desirable but not essential
- Able to build rapport quickly with colleagues and suppliers
- Able to manage and respond quickly to changing/competing priorities
- Highly organized, able to independently plan own time
- Able to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Able to use Excel, Outlook, Word and other MS Office products

Job Summary
This role will handle the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable of our growing business. In addition, you will also generate purchasing and sales contracts which need to be generated under a strict deadline. This will require you to balance and manage your time efficiently. The role will also produce weekly sales & logistics reports.
