    Andrew Sheret Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our finance team. The Accounts Receivable Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments and maintaining positive relationships with our customers and branches. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually. Wages may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Process customer payments and post transactions to the accounting system.
    • Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of receivable balances.
    • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
    • Communicate with customers/branches to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
    • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports and provide insights to management.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve invoicing and collection processes.
    • Maintain documentation and records related to accounts receivable transactions.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in accounts receivable or related role.
    • Knowledge of Canadian accounts principles and regulations is an asset .
    • Proficiency in spreadsheet programs (Excel, Libre Office).
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
    • Intermediate level in spreadsheet programs (Excel, Libre Office).
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
