As a State Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within the A&D and construction space.

You will work closely with key players in the industry to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.

Job Description:

We are looking

  • A proven track record of sales success in the A&D and construction industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of the A&D and construction industry and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key players
  • The ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Client base of builders or plumbing merchants would be useful
  • Stable career history
  • Strong communicator
  • Ambitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets

  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing leadership and coaching to achieve performance goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotions
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
