Our client is a leading national builder of residential homes focussed on individuality, innovation and lifestyle.

The brand has been established over 25 years and continues to grow as a builder of choice increasing their display village presence.

We are seeking an experienced housing supervisor to join the team focussing on the Ipswich corridor of Brisbane.


Role

  • Managing the building schedule / programme
  • Liaise with clients and construction support team
  • Manage subcontractors to deliver homes as per building documentation on budget and ontime
  • Manage quality, compliance, accuracy, defects and handover
  • Manage the smooth flow of trades
  • Manage OH&S procedures and policies, inductions

Person

  • Trade qualification and QBCC Site Supervisor licence
  • Excellent track record of managing simultaneously a number of new builds within Australia with a volume builder or alike
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Knowledge and management of OH&S procedures
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team framework
  • Excellent communication skills, computer literate
  • High attention to detail and knowledgeable of the BCA and tolerances.
  • Deliver high standard of building quality and customer service to our clients
