  • BH Chandler Macleod is on the lookout for a skilled administrator to join a closeknit team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position involves overseeing the daily reception and administrative operations for 30 specialist doctors in a bustling professional environment.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily functions of our fast-growing Medicolegal company located in the heart of the CBD.


Key Responsibilities:

Warm Reception Services:


  • Embrace the role as the welcoming face of our esteemed company, extending hospitality to all clients and patients.

Efficient Paperwork Management:


  • Skillfully manage all Medicolegal paperwork, ensuring timely retrieval from clients for appointments, taking into account regional locations and specialists' reading time.

Meticulous Organization:


  • Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels of stationary and equipment, promptly notifying our Client Services Coordinator when replenishment is needed.

Exemplary Communication:


  • Uphold an enthusiastic, professional demeanor on the phone, ensuring accurate and prompt message relay.
  • Confirm patient attendance and promptly report any preappointment issues to our Managing Director.

Facility Excellence:


  • Ensure consulting suites are impeccably set up, maintained throughout the day, and promptly tidied upon specialists' departure.
  • Thoughtfully replenish clean sheets and towels for a seamless consulting experience.

Proactive Preparation:


  • Stay ahead by preparing paperwork for the upcoming week by Friday and ensuring all relevant documents are sent to fax typists the day before appointments.

  • Adhere strictly to all policies and codes governing our esteemed company.
