About the role


The Research Coordinator is an integral member of the Community Paediatrics research team with responsibilities to assist with, planning, implementation, coordination, data management and reporting of research projects conducted within the unit.

The Research Coordinator will have responsibilities across multiple projects at any given time across diverse areas.

This will include assisting in the development and implementation of research protocols, ethics submission, project management, patient recruitment, data collection, data analysis and report writing.


The Research Coordinator will utilise their knowledge of clinical and health services research in the establishment and maintenance of productive working relationships with internal and external collaborators, departments and staff.


We are looking for someone who has...**- A health related degree and/or experience in research, clinical trials or relevant experience.

  • Experience in conducting research in a health service environment.
  • Excellent skills in quantitative or qualitative clinical / public health / health services research, including database management and basic statistical analysis skills.

About working for SLHD
