An exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant now exists. The firm are conveniently located in the CBD in modern offices.The Role
Joining the Corporate team working alongside a team of legal assistants this role will support 1 Partner and 1 Special Counsel closely whilst also providing ad hoc support to the wider team of lawyers working across a diverse range of matters with duties including:
- Diary and travel management
- Billing
- Drafting, formatting and amending documents
- Matter management
- Assist with events and firm functions
- Liaise with clients and third parties
To be successful for this position:
- Proven experience working as a legal assistant
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- IT skills confident working across Microsoft Office
