Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing quality assurance activities over project and work package documentation and reporting to ensure all aspects of the BSD led program of work is accurately reflected and up to date.
  • Ensuring appropriate project controls are in place across the BSD led program of work to provide transparency in project/work package performance and conducting investigation and advisory activities to ensure required gated and health check reviews can be completed as necessary. Contributing to the development, improvement and implementation of BSD policies, procedures, guidelines and systems by performing research and providing commentary and recommendations on assurance related requirements.
  • Attendance at meetings and workshops to perform inductions and provide training and advice on TMR and BSD project standards, methodologies and frameworks to both internal and external stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong working partnerships across all levels of the organisation, including providing or presenting information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
