We are seeking a Specialist Sales Representative who through outstanding product/disease expertise, insight gathering, win/win stakeholder partnerships and omnichannel engagement utilizing a strategic key account management approach, grow market share for approved CV brands and prepare for and launch future CV brands.


Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrates PASSION for finding solutions to complex problems for improving patient care and outcomes
  • With CURIOSITY seeks to understand the unique patient journey through each key account
  • Builds strong PARTNERSHIPS with stakeholders across accounts and territories to facilitate actionable insights
  • Demonstrates ability to gain an UNDERSTANDING of stakeholder's needs, specific to the care & treatment of their patients by leveraging insights from numerous sources including data & stakeholder interactions
  • Leverages stakeholder relationships to ensure patient journey from start to finish is seamless and leads to optimal patient outcome on BMS therapy
  • Based on sound field insights, BUILDS robust key account plans that articulate trends and patterns, signaling opportunities and threats, leading to prioritized, SMART strategies and tactics
  • EXECUTE key account plans with an ability to flex based on changes to stakeholder needs and changes to the account environment
  • Seek to understand each customer's PREFERENCES for access & communication & leverages these insights to tailor their interactions
  • Foster TEAM effectiveness and accomplishment of shared goals by sharing knowledge, experience, and insights with internal BMS stakeholders
  • Contribute to strong, positive team CULTURE by proactively communicating, supporting and collaborating with team members
  • Ability to complete sales administration paperwork, reports, and work within a set promotional budget, with accuracy and on time
  • Ensure business objectives and practices are fully compliant with relevant laws, regulations and BMS standards of business conduct and ethics.

Qualifications, experience and competencies:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Shows resilience & tenacity when faced with challenges
  • Able to take accountability and show good decision making & decisiveness when required
  • Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to analyze, develop and execute key account plans
  • Ability to work effectively within a crossfunctional team
& a preference for:


  • Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy or a related discipline Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate technical and disease state information to all customers
  • Established relationships with Cardiologists in VIC, both public and private
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales in a hospital environment
  • Understanding of heart failure/cardiomyopathy, disease management and treatment
