The business has gone through significant change over the years and is now looking to rebuild their HR function to ensure efficiency, consistency and excellence in all they do.
As a result, the newly appointed Chief People Officer has designed a bespoke HR structure to support this new phase for the business.
Two new HR Advisor roles exist within this new structure, each supporting and driving end-to-end generalist HR activities across broad operational and corporate stakeholder groups.
Focussing on fundamental best practice and offering a solutions-oriented and continuous improvement approach, the HR Advisor roles will be key to the design and execution of realigned process and policy while also advising and guiding leaders and stakeholders through long-term change.
Key priorities cover the full remit of generalist HR including the facilitation of annual processes such as engagement surveys/actions, performance management and talent processes, recruitment, salary review and benchmarking in addition to the design and implementation of new policies, practices and initiatives.
To be successful you will bring;- An appreciation for rolling up sleeves and supporting operational HR delivery whilst also engaging with the broader team and business in the consolidation and rebuild of aligned HR practice
- Curiosity and interest in building and delivering a broad range of people solutions for a manufacturing business a history of bringing ideas to the table and enjoy collaborating with others in their implementation
- Experience as an HR Advisor and the demonstrated capability to coach, guide and advise stakeholders on a broad range of generalist activities
These roles are also suitable for HR Advisors looking for the next step up in their HR career - you will be working closely with the CPO in the creation and build of a semi-greenfield HR environment and will experience strong and continuous development and mentoring.
