On premise focus with an opportunity to work with key accounts

Our client is a well established and respected wine distributor boasting an impressive brand portfolio. They are in search of a highly motivated on-premise specialist to join the Sydney team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the CBD and surrounding key areas.

The territory includes established clients that you will continue to nurture and expand, but the position demands a highly ambitious salesperson to boost sales and establish new accounts.


While the primary focus of this role is on-premise, given the fantastic portfolio, there are also significant retail accounts that this portfolio will unlock.

If you are a proven sales performer with a passion for the wine industry, this an ideal opportunity.

We are interested in people with the following key attributes:

  • Demonstrated on premise sales experience within the Sydney CBD region
  • Existing on premise CBD relationships and knowledge of domestic and international wines
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Understanding of international wine regions
  • Strong commercial skills with an understanding of how to make the best return for both the customer and the business
  • Strategic thinker, able to understand the bigger picture and recognise long term opportunities
  • Energetic, professional, immaculate presentation, driven and resilient
