About the role
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for but not be limited to:

Daily receipts reconciliation between bank statements, remittance advice and sales invoices
Credit notes
Monitoring outstanding debtor balances, sending customer statements and actively collecting outstanding balances
Generating weekly debtors list with comments for management review
Responding to auditor's queries and collating data as needed
Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure the agreed tasks are prioritised and executed within the requested timeframe (both internally and externally)
General administration and adhoc duties when required
Experience in Accounts Receivable
Strong people and communication skills
Ability work in a high volume/ high performing environment
High attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Intermediate skills in excel;
Experience with Netsuit ideal but not essential
Strong time management skills
Outgoing and engaging personality
