About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master on a short-term contract to help with the delivery of a large and complex project.

As the Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be working with multiple vendors on a complex system integration for a new tool that will revolutionize the industry.

What you'll do

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
Ensure that the team is following Scrum methodologies and best practices
Act as a mediator between the teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project goals and priorities
Remove any obstacles that may impact the team's ability to deliver on time and within budget
Work with the product owner and vendors to manage the product backlog and ensure that it is prioritized and uptodate
Coach and mentor team members on Scrum methodologies and best practices

Skills you'll bring:

At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience with complex system integrations involving more than 3 systems
Multivendor management/integration experience
Salesforce experience (desired, but not mandatory)
Developer experience (or strong IT background) will be advantageous
