Process Analyst

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Process Analyst to support our teams as we deliver an important and highly visible project transformation.

The Process Analyst will be dedicated to helping design a sustainable future state operating model including a support capability to manage change in BAU.


What impact will you have?

As a Process Analyst, you will help design the operations as part of a project that will transform how we manage reporting.

You will help us operationalise a technology solution across all Finance Business Units, ensuring the new ways of working are embedded and adoption is successful.

You will be accountable for the following, but not limited to:

  • Gaining a strong understanding of the As Is processes and drafting the To Be processes and procedures defining the future state of operations (Business and Technology) delivery ensuring its sustainability and adoption.
  • Assisting in defining and designing the Target Operating Model, including the support capability and ongoing change management in BAU.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to identify their transformation needs and include these requirements in the future state design.
  • Working closely with the Lead BA to ensure the deliverables are complete and comprehensive and all transformational opportunities are identified and included.
  • Breaking down and simplifying complex issues to draft various levels of business processes and procedures that are easily understood by stakeholders.
  • Playing a key role in operationalising the solution across the Finance Business Units.
  • Assisting in the embedding of new ways of working in BAU.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Change Manager to achieve Business Readiness across the group for go live.
  • Drafting training materials and supporting in training efforts by developing engaging training and user support materials eg. Quick reference guides, FAQs and more.
  • Assisting the Business teams in carrying out the UAT activities and driving the desirable user acceptance outcomes.

What skills will you use?

With outstanding verbal and written communication skills, you will help design and draft processes and procedures thus helping operationalise the change.

Prior experience in Financial Services, Technology and transformation projects will be highly regarded.

You will have demonstrated experience in:

  • Participating in implementing a Target Operating Model
  • Clear and effective processes and procedures drafting that are fit for purpose
  • Strong stakeholder analysis and mapping abilities, with a good track record with building stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate them simply to impacted stakeholders
  • Motivation and organisation to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Experience in the delivery of the complete project life cycle (from initiation, planning through to implementation and closure) as a businessfocused Process Analyst
