    Accounts Receivable Officer Collections Officer-(HEA0000BH) ABOUT US

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Officer to join our Finance Department in Perth, WA, on a Full-Time basis, working approximately 38 hours per week.

    DUTIES

    Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Collection Manager, you will assist with customer account queries, all the while being responsible for the execution of professional and efficient accounts admin duties including:

  • Data entry
  • Receipting and reversal of invoices
  • Maintaining and building relationships with superior customer service skills
  • Maintaining computerised accounts
  • General accounts administration
  • New account set up
  • Credit control
  • Collections
    • CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    The successful candidate will have experience in Credit Control/Collections together with the following:

  • An eye for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients
  • The ability to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position
