My client is a leading national ASX listed business with a supportive team culture, seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer. This business is going from strength to strength, in a period of hyper growth so it's an exicting time to join them


For this position, there is an opportuntiy remote and/or flexible working, so you can be based out of Perth or anywhere else in WA.


The role:


What you will be doing:

  • Acting as the initial financial contact point for customers.
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries.
  • Generating and sending out invoices to customers across various Billing platforms.
  • Following up on, collecting and allocating incoming customer receipts.
  • Maintaining the billing system and performing customer account reconciliations.
  • Monitoring customer account details for nonpayments, delayed payments and other irregularities and resolving discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Performing regular debt collection activities.
  • Any other tasks as required.

_Qualifications/Experience_
What you will need

  • Previous experience working in an Accounts Receivable Officer role essential.
  • High level of customer focus with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in Xero Accounting Software preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite of products and Outlook.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
