Service Technician

$32-35/hr + Super (based on experience)

East Perth Location

Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 5 PM

Permanent Position
Our client is a leading supplier of generators and batteries for small vehicles. Due to rapid growth, they have a position for a Service Technician to join their team.

What will this role see you doing?
This position will see you responsible for the following duties:

Answering technical queries.
Product support/troubleshooting.
Fault finding and repairing warranty items.
Testing new products.
Writing up warranty reports.
General customer service.

What do you require to be successful in this position?

Mechanical aptitude with repair skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to write warranty reports.
